To Josh — I heard you are opening your own PT therapy center. When I first came to Josh, I could hardly walk straight and was in constant back and nerve pain that kept me on the sofa most of the time. Josh started slowly by working on my balance, which improved about 80 percent within a couple of months.
The real change came when he began stretching me. After years of epidurals and pain pills, within five months I went from a couch potato to buying golf clubs and playing again for the first time in 12 years, about 95 percent pain-free. I’m now 73, and Josh was the ONLY person who got me back in the game. If you’re lucky enough to find him, you’ll be in great hands.

I booked several sessions with Dr. Lee when I had a sore back due to an exercise injury. Dr. Lee explained the possible reasons for the injury to me in detail and how the muscles were affected. He worked on the areas that were hurting using different stretches and explained the purpose of each one.
After the sessions, I felt much better. He also gave me specific stretches and exercises to do so as not to exacerbate my back injury. He is truly knowledgeable in his practice, and today I am free of back pain and continue to stay active and exercise.

I’m a nurse with the VNA, and I recently saw Josh recognized in our company therapy newsletter for the outstanding feedback he received from one of the doctors we work with, as well as from his patients. It’s clear that the care and dedication he brings to his work truly make a difference. Congratulations to Josh on this well-deserved recognition!

Why Wait?
The more compensation patterns your body builds
The longer you wait:
The more stiffness develops
The harder recovery becomes
Early intervention leads to faster results.
You don’t have to wait until it gets worse.
